Terms of Service

ZTEIST is a colleagues-and-alumni community for former ZTE talent, operated by LEADING INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Service

• The platform offers colleague search, supply/demand/job/project matching, and referral attribution.
• The service is currently free; any future membership or paid tiers will be announced in the Member Center.

2. Account and Eligibility

• Eligibility: you have worked at ZTE or any of its subsidiaries at home or abroad (see "Join").
• One account per person, with truthful information.
• Your account is personal and may not be transferred or rented.

3. Code of Conduct

• Be truthful: fill in your profile and post content honestly.
• Respect privacy: do not misuse or harass others' contact information.
• Do not disturb: no mass advertising or spam.
• No illegal, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
• No selling, renting, or lending of accounts.
• No scraping or bulk harvesting of platform data.

4. Content Rules

• Supply/demand, job, and project posts must be truthful, lawful, and relevant to the platform.
• The platform may take down content that violates these rules.
• You are responsible for the content you publish.

5. Account and Termination

• For violations, the platform may, depending on severity, take down content, restrict account functions, suspend or permanently ban the account, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
• You may delete your account at any time (see "Privacy Policy" for data handling).

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you publish, and grant the platform a license to display it on the platform.
• The platform's name, logo, mascot, and other brand assets belong to the platform.

7. Disclaimer

• The platform is a matching and information service; it does not participate in, nor guarantee, any transaction, cooperation, or interaction between members.
• Any cooperation or transaction based on platform information is at the parties' own risk.
• Content published by users is the responsibility of the publisher; the platform does not guarantee its truthfulness, accuracy, or legality.
• The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and is not liable for impacts from force majeure or third-party services (such as Google sign-in or email delivery).
• To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mainland China.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates will be posted on the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
