Who Can Join

If you have ever worked at ZTE (ZTE Corporation) or any of its subsidiaries at home or abroad — full-time, as an intern, on an overseas assignment, or on secondment — you are warmly welcome, no matter when you left or where life has taken you.

We set no bar by title or department. R&D, marketing, HR, management, supply chain — if you have ever been part of ZTE, there is a place for you here.

No proof required: a referral from one member is enough, or simply share your experience with us.

How to Join (Three Steps)

1. Sign up — via email verification code, nickname and password, or Google sign-in.
2. Complete your profile — country, years at ZTE, product line, role, technical direction, and more, so former colleagues can find you with ease.
3. Claim your personal invite code — and invite more colleagues back home.

• Observation period — new members begin on observation and advance to full membership after verification.
